This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on __________ (the "Effective Date"), by and between the following collective parties:

1. Scope of Service

Under this Agreement, the CC360 team member will deliver the following Done for You services as part of the Platinum Plan on the Course Creator 360 platform.

Product #1: Digital Course Launch on February 26, 2025

Funnel Setup (Limited to Technical Implementation):

  • Setup of a lead magnet/freebie opt-in page
  • Webinar registration page setup
  • Assistance in building an email list through an opt-in page (Client is responsible for generating the list)
  • Basic DM automation (responding with predefined messages)

Sales Page & Payment Integrations:

  • Checkout page setup with Stripe, Klarna, and PayLater integrations
  • Cart abandonment email workflow (email content provided by Client)

Product #2: Coaching Services

In addition to the digital course launch, the client provides coaching services to their clients. CC360 LLC is responsible for setting up necessary workflows but does not provide coaching services directly.

Product #3: Consultation Calls

Consultation calls are part of the client’s service offering and need to be integrated into their sales and support workflows.

2. Term & Refund Policy

This Agreement is valid for 3 months from the signing date unless terminated earlier in writing.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds. The minimum commitment is three months at $6,000 ($2,000 per month). The contract cannot be terminated before the three-month period. After three months, termination is permitted.

3. Fees & Payment

The total fee for the Platinum Plan is $6,000 ($2,000 per month), payable before service commencement.

4. Client & CC360 Team Responsibilities

The CC360 build-out team will respond within 24 business hours on a working day. CC360 team members are not required to respond on weekends.

The CC360 team will provide daily and weekly updates on the progress of the project.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

The Client retains all rights to their workflows, social media accounts, and course content.

The Service Provider is not responsible for creating original course materials unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business practices, client lists, and proprietary workflows during and after the term of this Agreement.
